OUR STORY

FISHBOWL was founded in Australia in 2016 out of one, tiny 26 square-meter store in Bondi Beach, Sydney.

The goal was simple: Change the culture of fast food. Three punks in our 20s, hungry for something better to eat at the beach. We couldn’t find anything fresh, tasty, healthy and affordable – so we took a leap and built the dream ourselves.

Fast forward, and we now have 60+ restaurants across Australia and more recently, NYC.

But one thing is the same – we’re still dreaming about all the ways to make real food you’re excited to eat.

OUR MISSION

FISHBOWL is on a mission to change the culture of fast food by empowering people to feel good about what they eat every day.

We’re out to change the idea that fast, accessible and affordable food comes at the expense of taste, nutrition, or authenticity.

The result? FISHBOWL. The sum of everything we love and believe in, combining our passion for food, design, music, art, movement, and community.
