RUNNING WITH ED GODDARD
Ed Goddard is a Fishbowl ambassador, friend & longtime customer. He's also sporting the best mullet in Aus, & holds the record for 10km in NSW. At just 23 yrs young, he's got big ambitions to master the infamous marathon.

HOW MANY KM'S DO YOU RUN EACH WEEK?
i run 170 - 210 kilometres each week
HOW DO YOU SPLIT AN AVERAGE TRAINING WEEK?
i run about ten or eleven times a week, that includes two to three workouts, one long run, and seven other runs. Workouts usually consist of intervals, for example a session might include (3 x 2km and 4 x 1km reps). A tempo/threshold run, usually 40-60 minutes hard and then a long run which is usually 2 or 2.5 hours with some tempo efforts.

WHAT'S YOUR GO-TO FISHBOWL?
manly is my local store, i love the team and vibe, even better that it's right by the ocean so i can head in after a swim.
I always build my own bowl, miso salmon on a brown rice base, with carrot, onion, edamame, nori, golden beetroot, roasted sesame dressing, crispy shallots and chilli flakes.
TIPS FOR NEWBIES HITTING THE PAVEMENT?
find what you enjoy, and channel it, there is no one rule or one way to run! If it's fun, you'll do it more.
